Welcome to the Station Four Support Center — your hub for submitting requests, reporting issues, and getting help with any of our services, including the eTransit platform. Whether you’re a transit agency using eTransit or a general client, this is the place to let us know when something’s not working as expected or if you need assistance. Anyone can submit a support ticket, and we review all incoming requests. However, please note that priority is given to customers with an active support agreement. If you’re a paid support customer, your ticket will be handled with expedited service. Not a support customer yet? Reach out to learn how we can help you more proactively. Open a new ticket and select "General Inquiry" and let us know you're interested in a Support Contract.
